The Role

As a Customer Security Advisory manager, you’ll work closely with programme teams across the bank to deliver well designed fraud controls, that protect our customers with minimal friction. You’ll also play a key role in supporting the delivery of the bank’s strategic customer security & fraud goals. This includes delivering high quality customer & colleague education through multiple channels, as well as performing risk assessments at product, channel and firm-wide level.

You’ll also participate actively in industry level forums where you’ll share and receive best practice while building a strong network of contacts.

What you’ll bring

We work across all banking fraud disciplines, we don’t expect you to tick every box, and if you feel you hit most of the brief, it’s worth exploring to further develop your career here with us at Tesco Bank. The type of experience we’re looking for is:

  • SME level understanding of fraud threats in a banking context
  • Experience of building and maintaining controls in cards, digital & telephony channels
  • Knowledgeable in operational risk management tools and techniques
  • Strong influencing skills
  • International Compliance Association Diploma, or a willingness to study towards a relevant professional qualification
