Is customer service your calling? Do you take pride in resolving problems? Are you a dab hand at dealing with complaints? If so we have the perfect opportunity for you! Mon-Fri shifts ONLY!!

We are currently looking for Customer Advisors, paying from £20,000 per annum, 36 hours per week, based in Glasgow City Centre.

If you can demonstrate experience of managing & dealing with customer issues and are skilled in customer listening and communication we want to hear from you urgently.

The details:

  • Start date 24th January 2022
  • Customer Relations Advisor – permanent
  • Full time working 36 hours per week –Monday to Friday between 8am - 6pm (with a rotational 8am, 9am or 10am start) – No weekends!
  • Rate of pay - from £20,000 per annum
  • Full training, fully paid
  • Based onsite in Glasgow city centre
  • Successful candidates must be able to pass Disclosure, CIFAS & Credit Checks
