This is an exciting opportunity Project Managers to join the Customer Channels Team. This will be to project manage end to end delivery of project(s)/small change in the small-medium range in scale and complexity. Project manage the Small Change portfolio budget across all Delivery areas within CIO.

The Project Manager main responsibilities will be:

  • Planning and project management to deliver stand alone change projects or discreet parts of a larger change project or programmes.
  • Responsible for managing end to end delivery of cost, time, people and quality.
  • Follow the defined lifecycle processes and ensure that appropriate project controls are in place and effective.
  • Produce high quality project reporting which accurately reflects the status of the project in a manner which is clearly understood by all stakeholders, including Exec.
  • Quickly take action where cost, time and scope deviate from agreed tolerance, proactively managing stakeholder expectations.
  • May have line management for a team of direct reports.

Experience and skills required for our Project Manager:

  • Strong, demonstrable organisational skills.
  • Deadline driven.
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders, including 3rd party suppliers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experienced in Agile delivery
  • communicating and influencing with key stakeholders.
  • Sound, demonstrable project management skills (planning, RAID management, governance, cost and resource control).
