You’ll be part of our customer service team providing first class service to our customers and helping them with their everyday banking and insurance needs. We’ll give you full training and ongoing support to help you, whether that is how we treat our customers, the way we work or the systems we use.

We are looking for a minimum requirement of GCSE grades A*-C in English and Maths or Scottish Standard/ National Grades 1-2 in English and Maths. Please note if you have a degree, you are not eligible to apply for this programme. You need to be confident using a computer and keen to learn new systems.
