We have a range of programmes - from Induction to Graduate and Community Development to Professional Qualifications. We have a wide range of on-the-job and virtual training such as our 8 week programme for Customer Service, to specific programmes like Six Sigma. All these are designed to build on general skills and to help develop the core competencies we need to help our people develop and to provide the best for our customers.
