With our new contact centres in Glasgow and Newcastle due to come on stream this year, we are now looking for bright, talented and customer focused people to join us in our Banking Operations and General Insurance divisions. Banking Operations

In Banking Operations you will be the face of Tesco Bank to customers calling for information on our wide range of products and services. We are building a unique customer environment where your attention to detail and commitment to own and deliver the right solution will gain and build trust and loyalty.

General Insurance

We are creating a fantastic working environment in our new contact centres in Glasgow and Newcastle, where our customer service teams will put the customer at the heart of everything we do. It is a new approach - one where you will help build a way of working where every team member can perform at their best.

Managerial and Head Office

Nothing we do would be possible without the coordination and input from our Head Office and Managerial teams. These provide centres of excellence and are the backbone of our operation. They offer a wide variety of careers – all dedicated to making Tesco Bank a great place to work, offering the very best in customer service.

There is a wide range of roles in these areas including centralised functions like Finance, HR, IT, Risk, Training and Development, and Marketing that support the business as it grows. We will also have opportunities out with Head Office in places like our Contact Centres, where you would focus directly on the business, reporting back in to central functions. These roles will include Centre Management, Training, Operations, Telephony, Risk and Finance.
