Glasgow is the main centre of our Banking Operations division. The core of our banking business is operated here, and it’s where we can offer people with experience in the financial services sector a new way of working.

We’re looking for people with excellent listening and relationship building skills for roles in general customer service and in areas calling for more specialist experience.

In any of our roles you’ll be part of a team dedicated to improving the customer experience, whether you are the first point of contact for customers or you make a difference by resolving issues and supporting colleagues.
